Nicotine is classed as a poison in its pure form, taken in high enough doses, it can kill. Keep your Electronic Cigarette and cartridges / fluids locked away and out of the reach of children and pets. Toxic if swallowed. Very toxic in contact with skin. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. May cause harm to the unborn child. Vapours may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination. In case of accident, or if you feel unwell seek medical advice immediately, show the label to the medical practitioner.
What part of that isn’t clear? There seems to be a little bit of confusion about this, that somehow the nicotine that goes into ejuice is MORE poisonous because it’s ‘pure’. It’s not. Miligram for miligram, what goes into ejuice is as toxic as the nicotine in patches, gum, lozenges or is found in tobacco. It is the same pharmaceutical grade nicotine as the nicotine that’s put in patches, inhalators gum and lozenges. You need to treat ejuice, patches, gum, lozenges and tobacco in the same way; keep them out of the sight and reach of children and animals.
There have been cases of nicotine poisoning (mostly non-fatal) in children and animals from patches, gum, lozenges, tobacco and ejuice. These are all preventable. Please apply common sense and don’t ignore the warnings. You already do this for your household cleaners. What on earth is the difference?
